The MachXO3 FPGA and the USB 3.0 sensor bridge reference design work together to convert the subLVDS video signal from the image sensor used in the module to a parallel format that can interface with the camera’s USB 3.0 controller. i'm working with the OV7670 module on an altera FPGA Board and i'm encountering some problems wich i cannot solve. The YCbCr422 encoding is the default format used by the camera module right? If so what are the exact data position/order that the camera is using on it's D0-7 pin?

Even without configuration the OV7670 provides a PCLK and drives the data pins as long as I provide it an appropriate XCLK signal. I have recently bought an Arducam OV5640 module.
